‘Dynasty’ mixed-use complex announced to the market in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Chapman Taylor Moscow is pleased to announce its latest project in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Working for the Tower Group, our Studio team will be designing a high-end residential complex and commercial area.
Dynasty will be a starting point for the formation of a new district in the city of Tashkent. It is one of the largest and most significant projects that this city has seen and will create a comfortable, high-class environment.
Its 8000m2 commercial area will contain supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, chemists, beauty salons, electrical suppliers, a bookshop, travel agency and more. The residential area will be 44,000 m2 and 7-12 storeys high, pitched at a ‘business class’ market.
The architectural concept for the project is inspired by the ‘Bird of Happiness’, part of the emblem of Uzbekistan. This magical bird was reputedly a giant with magical wings that shimmered with bright colours and outshone the plumage of any other bird. On these wings, according to legend, she saved the most worthy and noble people from trouble and persecutors. The landscape concept was inspired by the traditional Uzbek carpet, combining national colours, ornaments and patterns in a manner unique to Uzbekistan.
Public streets and green boulevards will be safe, comfortable and accessible for people of all ages.
Residents have access to a magnificent private courtyard on the podium level, which provides an attractive environment for relaxation and socializing.
