First phase of Knightsbridge White City residential development tops out in Baku, Azerbaijan
All five residential courts in the first phase of the Knightsbridge residential development in Baku, Azerbaijan, have topped out. The scheme will incorporate a total of seven courts when completed.
Knightsbridge White City is a sustainable residential scheme, in a 340,000m² development area, in the heart of the 221 hectare White City regeneration scheme, which takes design inspiration from the architectural style of Georgian London, particularly Knightsbridge. Living spaces are generous in area, designed to allow for beautiful interior design flourishes and a sense of luxury.
The design scheme creates a careful balance between the buildings and the landscape. Pillars and iron railings line wide pavements, and London-style squares and gardens provide relaxing havens for residents to enjoy. Planting schemes are designed to reflect a typical London garden square, with a mixture of trees, shrubs and flowerbeds around grass lawns. Underground car parking is provided for these spaces.
Just five minutes’ drive from the historical centre of Baku, Knightsbridge White City lies adjacent to the district’s new Metro station and within walking distance of the planned White City shopping centre and Nizami Park.
Chapman Taylor designed the masterplan, as well as the architecture for the plots, on this striking residential scheme.
