Hospitality: Our masterplan on Guishan Island sets the design template for future island resorts
Located between Zhuhai in China and Hong Kong, our hospitality resort project on Guishan Island covers an area of 13 hectare.
The project involves creating two tourist resorts that respect and reflect local Guishan culture and heritage, as well as establishing new transportation and commercial activities. Our design features, holiday villas on the hillside, a walkway by the shore line and a mountain forest path system that connects and links the different resort areas together.
This masterplan design will not only be implemented to create these two new resorts but will also be used as a template for local government to plan and design their future resort developments.
