J8 Office Park scoops two prestigious 2022 CEEQA Awards
Chapman Taylor’s client, Portland Trust, won the double at the Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) on June 29th, for J8 Office Park in Bucharest, Romania.
The high-tech workplace, designed by Chapman Taylor, was awarded the “Aiming for NetZero Building of the Year” and “Overall Building of the Year SEE” distinctions.
The CEEQA Awards showcase business leadership and achievement in New Europe real estate. The 2022 awards were the 17th edition and presented at the CEEQA Gala in Warsaw, attended by over 700 delegates from throughout the region.
J8 Office Park has been awarded BREEAM Outstanding for sustainability and is WELL certified. The project has reached a new level of performance in terms of its working environment and ESG standards, with exceptional air quality close to the hygienic requirements of the medical industry. It is energy-efficient, has a low carbon footprint and was built, where possible, using recycled and responsibly sourced materials. High-quality landscaping and well-lit parking garages ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all users.
