Join us at Bisnow's Build To Rent Annual Conference (BTRAC)

Chapman Taylor Director Michael Swiszczowski is presenting at BTRAC in Wembley Park on 8th June. He will be discussing the delivery of quality, sustainable living accommodation, next-generation construction and development trends.

Michael’s speaking slot is on the first day of the two-day conference from 3.55-4.40pm. He will be joined by Kevin McHugh from Greystar and Keith Davies from Buro Four. They will be discussing whether off-site manufacturing really is creating a new roadmap for providing sustainable, efficient and affordable BTR development, and the current adoption levels of smart building materials.

Bisnow's 4th edition of its Build To Rent Annual Conference (BTRAC) on 8 and 9 June is themed around strategies focused on People, Planet and Profit. With a future pipeline of over 145,000 new homes, the BTR sector continued to attract the interest of investors from across the globe last year, with investment volumes in the sector reaching a record high of c.£4.3B. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate, regional growth now outpaces London, with c.15,000 homes in both the Birmingham and Manchester pipelines, over 10,000 homes in the Leeds pipeline, and over 4,500 in Sheffield. Demand for both BTR and SFR remain at all-time highs and continues to drive sector expansion.
