Jorge Alonso Rodríguez to speak at Barcelona New Economy Week (BNEW) conference on 6 October

Chapman Taylor Urban Architect Jorge Alonso Rodríguez will be speaking at the Barcelona New Economy Week (BNEW) conference on Tuesday 6 October at 4pm Barcelona time (3pm London time).

BNEW is a combined physical and digital B2B event that gathers figures from the property, logistics, digital, ecommerce and economic zones sectors under a shared umbrella, the “New Economy”.

Jorge will be talking on the topic of “The human future of cities in Spain”, explaining how we need to approach the design of urban areas in a human-centred way – adopting ‘smart’ technology in a way which serves human needs. He will use some of Chapman Taylor’s latest global projects to illustrate his ideas
