We are pleased to announce that Marcelina Zielinska and Rachel Rogerson have been promoted to the UK Board at Chapman Taylor.
Marcelina Zielinska
Marcelina joined Chapman Taylor’s London studio in 2007 as part of the St David’s Cardiff team, which opened in 2009. Following the successful delivery of this scheme, she has been involved in establishing the vision for many prestigious projects, both in the UK and internationally. Marcelina was promoted to the position of Director in 2017.
Marcelina brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having been instrumental in the design of a wide portfolio of projects ranging from individual buildings to large-scale urban masterplans. As an Architect and Urban Designer, she has a passion for urban regeneration with a keen interest in researching future trends in consumer behaviour, and understanding the profound impact this can have on city centres. Marcelina's current projects include leading the design of heritage-sensitive masterplans for several historic cities in central Asia, where she is working with many government departments to deliver sustainable regeneration. Her area of design expertise includes masterplanning, mixed-use developments, retail, leisure, asset enhancement, and placemaking.
Marcelina takes an active interest in many networking events and, in recognition of her masterplanning skills, has recently been invited to join the prestigious Royal Society of Arts to promote the importance of Urban Design.
