Mixed use: 42 Maslak shopping and entertainment district set to open in early 2017

42 Maslak is an ambitious new mixed-use development in the northern outskirts of the European side of Istanbul.  It includes 442 residential apartments in two 42 storey twin towers, a 5 star hotel, offices, as well as shopping, dining and entertainment areas.

‘42 Shops & Art’ its f&b, entertainment and shopping mall together with an open air theatre, art galleries, children’s entertainment area, culture centre, and sports activity areas, is in the final stages of competition and is set to open in early 2017.  Once open ‘42 Shops & Art’ will be a new attraction not only in the Maslak area of Istanbul but in Istanbul generally.

Constructed with an investment of US$80m, ‘42 Shops & Art’ sits within the overall $500m 42 Maslak scheme both elements of which have been designed by Chapman Taylor.

‘42 Shops & Art’ is expected to receive 20,000 guests daily.
