Our Bristol studio's tenth anniversary party
Chapman Taylor would like to thank everyone who attended its 10th Anniversary Party last night at the iconic Mud Dock Café overlooking Bristol Harbour.
Chapman Taylor has been established for over 60 years and opened its Bristol Studio just ten years ago, in October 2012.
From modest beginnings, the studio has grown and we now have over 30 brilliant and talented designers based in our Queen Square Studio.
Over the last ten years, the team has worked on a diverse range of projects across the Chapman Taylor core sectors. Notable projects include the multi-award nominated Castle Park View which provides 375 new homes, through a mixture of Build-to-Rent and affordable dwellings in the heart of the city.
The studio also designed and delivered a new phase of Richard Rogers’ outlet scheme in Ashford, reflecting Kent’s status as the 'Garden of England’ by incorporating a living green wall of tens of thousands of vertically-stacked plants - the largest living wall in Europe.
We are also very proud to have been chosen by Socius to develop and deliver the very significant Soapworks, a new vibrant and inclusive work, live and play district in the centre of Bristol.
The studio also works collaboratively with other UK and International Chapman Taylor studios, on projects across the world.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has worked and contributed to the growth and success of the Bristol studio and we very much look forward to the next ten years!
