Planning permission secured for Manchester Goods Yard & No 1 Grape Street.
Manchester City Council has today granted full planning permission for Manchester Goods Yard & No 1 Grape Street, part of Allied London’s St. John’s development in Manchester city centre.
Chapman Taylor submitted a new application to reflect a redesign of the formerly known Central Village scheme, increasing the size and mass of the buildings to accommodate new anchor tenant Booking.com. The design provides for 29,000m2 of workspace, 3,000m2 of retail / commercial uses and 2,600m2 of independent work studio space across four linked building blocks.
