Planning permission secured for Manchester Goods Yard & No 1 Grape Street.

Manchester City Council has today granted full planning permission for Manchester Goods Yard & No 1 Grape Street, part of Allied London’s St. John’s development in Manchester city centre.

Chapman Taylor submitted a new application to reflect a redesign of the formerly known Central Village scheme, increasing the size and mass of the buildings to accommodate new anchor tenant Booking.com. The design provides for 29,000m² of workspace, 3,000m² of retail / commercial uses and 2,600m² of independent work studio space across four linked building blocks.
