Retail and Leisure: Plaza Rio 2 in Madrid is onsite and progressing well

Overlooking the river Manzanares and park, our Plaza Rio 2 retail and leisure project is currently onsite and progressing at a good pace.

The new retail scheme will provide a mix of fashion, food, restaurants and entertainment and has been designed with sustainability in mind with advanced systems to maximise energy efficiency.

Externally it will have a blond granite façade and the interior space will be connected with a double height mall covered with a skylight to strengthen natural light.

With work pressing ahead the project looks set to open on schedule at the end of 2017
