Global Harbor Changzhou is a retail-led mixed use development comprising of a 270,000m2 shopping mall, plus a 30,000m2 hotel. It will also include a iMax cinema, a SEGA land leisure centre, a Bowling club, as well as a huge F&B offer.
The site for this world-beating scheme is superbly located directly on the main highway with its links to the city centre, Shanghai which is to the West, and Nanjing.
It is the sister development to our multi-award winning Global Harbour Shanghai scheme which recently won the prestigious 'Best retail architecture in the world' award at the 2014/15 International Property Awards. The highly anticipated development provides brand new shopping facilities along with two new tower buildings that will contain offices, residential apartments and a hotel. Its striking design includes an 80m-diameter ferris wheel on the roof of the shopping mall.
It will be the largest shopping and leisure centre for the Changzhou region whose population is over 5 million inhabitants in the city alone.
