Retail: Construction due to start on Torrecardenas shopping centre in Andalucía, Spain

After a series of delays over several years, construction is finally due to start on the Chapman Taylor designed shopping centre in Torrecardenas, Andalucía, Spain.

The 50 million euros project by Bogaris Retail, will focus on a mix of fashion retail and leisure activities. The 5,000m2 scheme includes a multiplex cinema, 150 commercial units, a food court in and an infant multi-adventure area among other leisure spaces.
