Retail: First stone is laid at Almeria’s largest shopping centre in the region of Andalucia, Spain

On Friday 16th October, the Mayor of Almería, Luis Rogelio Rodríguez-Comendador together with developer Bogaris, local authorities and local representatives will lay the first stone at our exciting new development, Torrecardenas in Almeria, Southern Spain.

The stone laying ceremony will be warmly welcomed as the project from Bogaris for the city of Almeria has been in the pipeline for 10 years now . The design has finally evolved into a concept that will focus on a mix of fashion retail and leisure. It will comprise 60,000 sqm GLA including cinemas, 150 commercial units, the first food court in Andalucia and an infant multi-adventure area.

Torrecardenas Shopping and Entertainment Centre is set to become the largest shopping centre in the region when open in 2018.
