Retail: Veranda shopping centre opens

Our project Veranda shopping centre in Bucharest has just opened and received over 150,000 visitors in its first weekend.

The shopping centre provides offers c30,000 sqm of retail GLA, 100 shops, a Carrefour hypermarket, a food court area, a 15,000 sqm of green area for people to relax and over 1,200 parking places.

Designed by Chapman Taylor and Studio 10M, Veranda has been developed by Professional Imo Partners (ex ProdplastImobiliare), in Bucharest.
