The refurbishment of Vicolungo The Style Outlets in Bologna has started on site

The refurbishment of Vicolungo The Style Outlets, in the province of Novara, Bologna, started in August.

The 15 year old scheme is owned by Neptune, a joint venture between NEINVER and TH Real Estate.

Designed by Chapman Taylor, the extensive refurb includes the redesign of the central square, canopies, street furniture, and other innovative features. 

This project reflects NEINVER’s strategy of maintaining their outlet centres, creating the best environments, enhancing services to complement their commercial offer, and creating unique shopping experiences for their visitors.

Currently, Vicolungo The Style Outlets offers 150 major international brands and boutiques, will footfall of 4 million shoppers per year, over 34,000 m² of retail space.

With investment expected to be €9 million, the refurbishment is due to completed in Spring 2019.
