Dreiländergalerie in Weil am Rhein auf Eröffnungskurs für September
The construction of the "Dreiländergalerie" (Three Countries Gallery), a shopping centre with 25,000 m² of rentable retail and a F&B area, is progressing in Weil am Rhein. Now that the planning has been completed, Chapman Taylor Düsseldorf is assisting the contractor CEMAGG GmbH with the implementation of the retail building, due to open to the public in September of 2022.
The 75 shops that cater for fashion, lifestyle, daily needs and more, are all in the interior finishing stage. They are distributed over the three retail levels of the mall where terrazzo flooring is being laid. The associated facades will be completed by mid-July. Construction of the food court will soon begin on the first floor. The nursery, originally planned one level higher, will be transformed into a children's play zone in the basement.
The exterior facades as well as the outdoor facilities are slated for completion by the end of August. The spacious and airy underground car park, which can accommodate up to 560 cars, will also be handed over to the main tenant shortly. In addition, there are about 220 bicycle parking spaces outside.
The "Alte Badische Zollhaus" (Old Baden Customs House), which is currently being rented, is being restored and revitalised in close cooperation with the monument preservation authorities and rounds off the construction progress that has been made to date.

Nach abgeschlossener Planung begleitet Chapman Taylor Düsseldorf den Bauherrn CEMAGG GmbH bei der Umsetzung der Handelsimmobilie, welche im September 2022 ihre Pforten öffnen wird.

Die 75 Shops für Fashion, Lifestyle, täglichen Bedarf und mehr, welche auf die 3 Handelsebenen der Mall verteilt sind, befinden sich im Innenausbau und ihre zugehörigen Fassaden werden bereits Mitte Juli fertiggestellt. Zurzeit wird der Terrazzoboden in der Mall verlegt. Der Foodcourt beginnt in Kürze seinen Ausbau im 1. Obergeschoß. Der ursprünglich eine Ebene höher geplante Kindergarten verwandelt sich in eine Kinderspielzone im Untergeschoss.

Die Außenfassaden sowie die Außenanlagen sehen ihrer Fertigstellung Ende August entgegen. Auch die geräumige und luftige Tiefgarage, wo bis zu 560 Autos Platz haben, wird kurzfristig an den Hauptmieter übergeben. Hinzu kommen ca. 220 Fahrradstellplätze im Außenbereich.
