Three five-star International Property Award wins for Chapman Taylor
Three Chapman Taylor projects were winners in their respective categories at the International Property Awards for the Asia Pacific region, receiving five stars each.
Shanneng Smart Industry Building in Hainan Province, China, won Best Mixed Use Architecture. Baoshan Ase Mall in Shanghai, China, won Best Retail Interior. H-One in Hyderabad, India won the award for Best Residential High Rise Architecture.
The awards ceremony took place at The Marriott Grosvenor Square in London over a prestigious gala dinner. The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
ASE Mall Baoshan, the largest ASE mall in Shanghai at 175,000m2, opened to the public in December. This experiential retail, dining and leisure centre has been designed to create a fun family day-out destination in north-central Shanghai.
Hyderabad One is India’s first luxury co-living space and will include deluxe rooms, a terrace lounge, a seven-star bar and a celebrity gym. The 47-storey development has been given gold certification by the Indian Green Building Council and will be the world’s tallest co-living space at 160 metres. H1 will be built in the heart of Hyderabad’s financial district and has been approved by Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The project is due to complete in 2026.
