Two Chapman Taylor Projects Win Pineapple 2024 Awards
Two Chapman Taylor projects have received accolades at the Pineapple 2024 Awards. The Verdean in Acton, London, won the award for Place in Progress, while Brent Cross West Station in Barnet, London, received the award in the Infrastructure category.
The Pineapple Awards attract hundreds of submissions from developers, architects, and engineers. These entries are evaluated by a panel of industry experts who consider both social and environmental impacts. Each project is also visited by at least one judge.

Brent Cross West is the first mainline station to open in London in over a decade and is the first rail infrastructure project delivered by a local authority in England. The project secured £419 million in government funding for the development of a 650 sq m site with four platforms. The station is a gateway to Brent Cross Town, a 73-hectare, £8 billion net-zero park town being developed in partnership with Related Argent.
