UK Residential: Who are Generation Rent?

Price Waterhouse Coopers recently published a report which estimated that by 2025 60% of all 20 to 39 year-olds in the UK (Generation Rent) will rent their homes and just 26% will have managed to get on the housing ownership property ladder.

This represents a dramatic shift from previous generations where 75% of people aged over 55 currently own the house in which they live.
