Warsaw’s Ethos development completed earlier this year
Chapman Taylor is delighted to report that the Ethos retail and office development in Poland achieved its occupancy permit earlier this year and tenants have started moving in.
Ethos is a new mixed-use, retail and office scheme on the historic Royal Route in Warsaw, adjacent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Ministry of Economy and Polish Parliament.
It creates a perfectly-situated business centre, with 17,000m² of mixed-use space, adding a five-storey office and retail extension on the east side towards the Vistula River.
A luxury commercial retail space includes an internal mezzanine and an eight-metre-high glazed frontage onto Three Crosses Square, with the aim of becoming Warsaw’s truly high-end fashion and retail destination.
Sustainability and energy efficiency are central to the design, the target in all design and construction work was to achieve the BREEAM Excellent rating.
Chapman Taylor provided turn-key architectural services relating to the retail, workplace and public space elements, remodelling and extending the building in conjunction with Maas Projekt. We wish everyone at Ethos continuing success in the years to come.
