Xavier Grau attending SIEC in Paris September 21-22

Xavier Grau, director of Chapman Taylor in Brussels, is attending the two-day SIEC event this September. The event is being held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Organised by the National Council of Shopping Centres, SIEC is a meeting place for all forms of commerce and leaders in the Commercial Real Estate and Retail sectors. It is a key business event for the industry in France and beyond. In 2021 there were more than 4,000 participants.

Xavier’s impressive CV includes the architectural design of a variety of projects in France, including the Shopping Promenade developments in both Amiens and Paris and Cour Bareuzai in Dijon.

Xavier joined Chapman Taylor in 1997 as a design architect and project manager. He became the Director responsible for our Brussels studio in 2005.

He has a wide range of design skills with extensive experience working internationally and has completed projects in many countries and cultural environments.

Xavier specialises in the design and project management of mixed-use developments, including expertise in the residential, office and retail sectors.
