Situated in the vibrant city of Durres, on the beautiful Adriatic coast of Albania, just 33km west of the capital city, Tirana, the project site spans an expansive area of 220,000m2. The proposed Gross Leasable Area (GLA) for the retail, cinema, and food court components is approximately 40,000m2 and will be built in several phases.

Ferra & CO Retail and Entertainment Park is designed to be a haven for families and friends, providing a wide range of activities and landscaped zones for an immersive day outdoors. The project aims to create a vibrant destination that brings people together, fostering a sense of community and providing an unforgettable experience for visitors.
Durres, experiencing rapid urban growth, has become Albania's second most populous city. Its population is approximately 400,000 inhabitants and the catchment area within a 30-minute drive includes around 1 million people.

Mariia has worked on major retail, transportation and mixed-use schemes in Europe, Africa and South Asia, including the Brussels Airport Connector building, Evry2 shopping centre and the adjacent Place des Terrasses urban regeneration development near Paris, Douala Airport in Cameroon and Dolmen shopping centre in Lahore, Pakistan.
Mariia joined Chapman Taylor in July 2012 and became an Associate Director in 2020. Committed and rigorous, Mariia has displayed great leadership skills and is technically proficient, as well as being able to speak several languages.

Andrew joined Chapman Taylor’s Düsseldorf studio in 2007 and became an Associate Director in 2011. He leads the concept design team and has been responsible for some of the studio’s key projects in recent years, particularly in the mixed-use, masterplanning and retail sectors.
Prior to working at Chapman Taylor, Andrew has worked for practices in Australia, where he received his architectural degree, New Zealand, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.
His wide-ranging design experience gained from working on different building types in different cultures and environments serves to strengthen Chapman Taylor’s Düsseldorf studio.
Andrew ist seit 2007 bei Chapman Taylor tätig, seit 2018 ist er Prokurist im Düsseldorfer Büro. Als Leiter des Entwurfsteams hat er in den vergangenen Jahren eine Vielzahl wegweisender Projekte realisiert und betreut aktuell eine große Bandbreite unterschiedlichster Bauvorhaben.
Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Chapman Taylor arbeitete Andrew für Unternehmen in Australien - wo er seinen Abschluss in Architektur machte-, in Neuseeland, Großbritannien, den Niederlanden und Deutschland.
Seine weitreichenden Erfahrungen in allen Stufen der Gestaltung und Umsetzung verschiedener Gebäudetypen in verschiedenen Kulturen und Umgebungen stärken und bereichern das Düsseldorfer Büro.
