Sustainably designed office space
Phase 1 of our Oregon Park project, in Bucharest, Romania, completed in January 2017. It comprises two office buildings with a ground floor and six upper levels, each building has two levels of basement car-parking.
Phase 2 contains a single building of 24,000m² GLA and is expected to complete in summer 2018. Both buildings have been designed with a particular focus on low energy consumption and ecology.
Design tailored specifically to tenant requirements
The office specification is to Class A, the impressive entrances are formed by full height atria with bridge access to the office units.
Building A is 20,000m² of office area and is occupied by the US IT giant, Oracle. The interior design has been fully tailored to meet the demands of the company’s employees. Building B, totalling 24,000m² of office space, is occupied by Deloitte and a number of tenants working in digital industries.
An attractive environment for employees
The landscaping includes, retained mature trees, extensive green areas, relaxation zones and glazed canopies with covered seating.
The ground floor areas include restaurants, cafés and convenience retail units for the use of office occupiers and visitors alike.
Chapman Taylor was the concept and lead architect and also provided detailed Author’s Site Inspections.
