Responsibility designed

LEED v4 Platinum certification was awarded in 2024 with a score of 88 to U•Center 2 following a detailed evaluation against eight key criteria, including; location and transportation links, project sustainability, water efficiency, energy and climate efficiency, materials and resources used, indoor environmental quality, innovation, and regional priority.

Sustainability was the key driving force behind this project - from the concept design through to the construction and delivery, and the well-being of the tenants' employees

Igor joined Chapman Taylor’s Prague studio in 2000 and is responsible for key projects in the wider region, primarily for projects in Romania.

He has completed several major office projects in Prague and Bucharest, as well as retail and leisure centres in Romania.

Igor has extensive experience throughout all design stages and also as the client’s representative, monitoring design quality and making regular site inspections during the construction stages.
